The Wise and The Fool

The fool:
- gives full vent to his anger
- decides and speaks in haste
- shows annoyance at once
- hotheaded and reckless
- quick-tempered
- stirs up quarrels

The wise:
- keeps himself under control
- overlooks an insult
- fears the Lord and shuns evil
- shows understanding
- patient
- turn away anger (peacemaker)
